  • What are the campground's operating hours and seasons?
    During our season from May 1st to October 1st, the campground is open 24/7. Overnight Camping Check-in/out times CHECKOUT TIME 12:00 pm, noon is checkout time. Please re-register before 10:00 am to extend your stay (subject to availability). CHECK-IN TIME 2:00 pm Note: Any check-ins after office hours (8:00 pm) are subject to a $40.00 after-hours service fee. For earlier check-ins please contact managers.
  • Is the campground pet friendly?
    Yes! Here is our Pet Policy a. Only two pets permitted per site unless approved by management. b. Certain breeds of dogs may not be allowed. Specifically restricted breeds are Rottweiler, Pitbull, Doberman, and German Shepherd. Approval of dogs is at the sole discretion of the Park. c. When outside your RV, all pets must be kept on a leash or contained in a fenced area. d. If you are walking your pet around the Park, please ensure they are kept on a leash at all times. All droppings must be picked up immediately whether within your site or around the Park. Please ensure your pet does not urinate on another guest's site. e. Pets are not to be left unattended in an RV or at your site. f. Noisy or aggressive pets may not be allowed to remain in the Park. g. Pets are not permitted in the washrooms.
  • What types of campsites do you offer?
    All sites include: Full-service which includes electrical, sewer & water hookups. A Picnic table and firepit. (Firewood is sold at the office) Access to both on-site bathroom + coin-operated shower facilities. Complimentary Wi-Fi

  • How do I make a reservation?
    If you are looking to stay at our overnight sites, book here: Overnight Booking (BOOKING OPENS IN JANUARY) If you are looking to rent a seasonal lot, contact us at sylvanlakervparkab@gmail.com or apply here: Seasonal Site Application Full payment is due upon booking. Reservations are accepted online or for longer stays we can accept reservations by email. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and e-transfers. Payments are accepted online or by email. Please Note: Reservations are non-refundable 30 days prior to your arrival If a reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days of the reservation a refund will be issued less a $20 cancellation fee. No refunds on early departures Reservations are subject to availability. Each site permits one unit and one vehicle per site and a maximum of 4 adults & 4 children Long weekends – minimum 3-night stay is required – no refunds for cancellation Failure to show up on reservation day will result in full charges for the length of time booked and no refunds No tents allowed on site unless approved by Park management.
  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Overnight site: $60./night + GST - Minimum 2 night stay Long Weekends $75./night + GST - Minimum 3 night stay
  • What are the seasonal rates?

  • Quiet Enjoyment
    a. Quiet time in the Park is from 11:00 pm until 8:00 am daily. b. At all times, noise levels must be such that they will not disturb the comfort or quiet enjoyment of any other Guest of the Park. c. Music is not permitted after 11:00 pm. d. In the event of a gathering of people at a Guest's site, the Guest is responsible and will be held accountable to ensure that the noise restrictions are observed. e. At the manager’s discretion, excessive noise past quiet hours makes you subject to eviction f. Gates are open: 7 am - 11 pm, daily. The gates are locked each night at 11:00 pm. The Rv park is fully gated and the property is secured by the park’s on-site managers.
  • Vehicles & Parking
    Only 1 vehicle can be parked at each site. If you have more than one or if you have visitors, the extra vehicles must be parked outside the Park. Speed limit in the park is 10km/hr.
  • Pet Policy

  • BBQ's & Firepits
    Please do not place BBQs directly on picnic tables as they may burn the tabletop. Open fires are permitted in designated fire pits only. Attend all fires – put out your fire if it will be unattended. Please abide by the City of Sylvan Lake fire regulations. Do not leave garbage in the fire pit. Firewood is available for purchase online. The Office and wood sales close at 8:00 PM
  • Facilities & Showers
    Bathrooms are located on the east and west ends of the park and are equipped with coin-operated showers. Please treat our showers with care and keep them clean for the next person using them. Ensure your shower curtain is tucked into the shower to prevent excess water from getting on the floor. Consider leaving your shoes outside the personal shower room or pick them up prior to entering the showering room to help keep the floor clean. The facility is accessed by door code only. Guests will be given the code upon arrival.
  • Fireworks & Firearms
    The Guest shall not use fireworks, firecrackers or cap guns within the Park. No firearms, bows, crossbows or weapons of any kind are allowed in the Park.
  • Noxious Behaviour and Substances
    No illegal, illicit or offensive activities are permitted No tolerance policy for violent or abusive behaviour Disorderly conduct is not permitted and are grounds for eviction Loud noise, indecent language, purposeful damage to property or person, drunken disorderly conduct, failing to follow rules or management direction, or any behaviour that would not be expected at an RV Community (at the discretion of management)
  • Smoking
    Smoking of illegal substances is strictly forbidding. Smoking of legal substances may not interfere with other Guest’s enjoyment of the Park. Accordingly, it is strongly encouraged that all smoking be away from people.
  • Renter's Responsibilities
    Bag all garbage and place it in dumpsters that are located throughout the campground. Please recycle your own bottles and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Airtight sewer connections must be used to prevent odours. Please keep sites clean and tidy at all times.
  • Do you have a campground host or staff on-site?
    Yes! The campground has 24/7 management during our season from May-October.
