Park Hours

  1. Gates are open: 7 am - 11 pm

  2. The gates are locked each night at 11:00 pm. The RV Park is fully gated and the property is secured by the park’s on-site managers.

  3. Check-Out: 11:00 am

  4. Check-In: 2:00 PM

  5. Early check ins are not permitted.

Quiet Enjoyment

  1. Quiet time in the Park is from 11:00 pm until 8:00 am daily.  

  2. At all times, noise levels must be such that they will not disturb the comfort or quiet enjoyment of any other Guest of the Park.  

  3. At the manager’s discretion, excessive noise past quiet hours makes you subject to eviction

 

Vehicles

  1. Only 1 vehicle can be parked at each site. If you have more than one or if you have visitors, the extra vehicles must be parked outside the Park.

  2. Speed limit in the park is 10km/hr.

 

Renters’ Responsibilities

  1. Bag all garbage and place it in dumpsters that are located throughout the campground. 

  2. Airtight sewer connections must be used to prevent odours.

  3. Please keep sites clean and tidy at all times.

 

Pet Policy

  1. Only two pets permitted per site unless approved by management.

  2. Certain breeds of dogs may not be allowed. Specifically restricted breeds are Rottweiler, Pitbull, Doberman, and German Shepherd. Approval of dogs is at the sole discretion of the Park.

  3. When outside your RV, all pets must be kept on a leash or contained in a fenced area.

  4. All droppings must be picked up immediately whether within your site or around the Park. Please ensure your pet does not urinate on another guest's site.

  5. Pets are not to be left unattended in an RV or at your site.

  6. Noisy or aggressive pets may not be allowed to remain in the Park.

  7. Pets are not permitted in the washrooms.

 

Shower & Bathroom Facilities

  1. Bathrooms are located on the east and west ends of the park and are equipped with coin-operated showers. Please treat our showers with care and keep them clean for the next person using them.

  2. Ensure your shower curtain is tucked into the shower to prevent excess water from getting on the floor. 

  3. The facility is accessed by door code only. Guests will be given the code upon arrival.

 

BBQs & Firepits

  1. Please do not place BBQs directly on picnic tables as they may burn the tabletop.

  2. Open fires are permitted in designated fire pits only.

  3. Attend all fires – put out your fire if it will be unattended. 

  4. Please abide by the City of Sylvan Lake fire regulations. 

  5. Do not leave garbage in the fire pit.

  6. Firewood is available for purchase at the office.

 

Fireworks & Firearms

  1. The Guest shall not use fireworks, firecrackers or cap guns within the Park.

  2. No firearms, bows, crossbows or weapons of any kind are allowed in the Park.  

 

Park Etiquette

  1. No illegal, illicit or offensive activities are permitted

  2. No tolerance policy for violent or abusive behaviour

  3. Disorderly conduct is not permitted and are grounds for eviction

  4. Smoking of legal substances may not interfere with other Guest’s enjoyment of the Park. Accordingly, it is strongly encouraged that all smoking be away from people.

 

Reservations & Payment

  1. Full payment is due upon booking.

  2. Reservations are non-refundable 30 days prior to your arrival

  3. If a reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days of the reservation a refund will be issued less a $25 cancellation fee.

  4. No refunds on early departures.

  5. Each site permits one unit and one vehicle per site and a maximum of 5 campers and 2 pets

  6. Long weekends – minimum 3-night stay is required

  7. Failure to show up on reservation day will result in full charges for the length of time booked and no refunds

  8. When reserving a site you will not be able to choose a specific site. One will be assigned to you based on availability. 

 

The Guest will comply with all applicable codes, regulations, laws, and Public Health orders.
